All products are made to order and fulfilled after an order is placed. Because each item is produced specifically for you, processing and delivery times may vary.

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within a few business days before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available through the carrier’s tracking system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@idv.store within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the issue so that we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
